Acceptable stay, but some disappointments
The staff were so cute upon arrival.
My room smelled really bad. I think the coffee capsules were not refilled during cleaning, either. I wanted some basic information about bicycle rentals before my arrival. I resent having to ask again as the initial response just showed nobody had read my message properly.

cupboard space friendly staff hotel decor dated furniture dark room extortionate prices
the rooms are beautiful i found cupboard space too. the staff were super friendly this was appreciated. location was excellent the hotel decor was amazing.
the carpets and furniture in the room were very dated the room itself was very dark. the shower WAS not very powerful. drinks prices were extortionate it was unexpected.

friendly staff included iron usb sockets annoying light switches
the staff were friendly (i guess that's their job). the room included an iron and hairdryer.
the usb sockets didn't work, mildly inconvenient for a bloke like me. the light switches were annoying, i had to press them multiple times to turn the lights on or off. the room was quite dusty, which i found surprising.

Charming Stay
clean room comfortable bedroom friendly staff
The room was nice and neat. Shower was lush. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay again (maybe in a different room, just to try something new).
Entertainment was limited since I could only pay to watch movies on the TV or watch normal channels. A fire stick was not an option.

The hotel offers rooftop bar access. The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. There is also a lounge area for relaxation (I used it to wind down after a long day).

Breakfast had good choice and a high standard. The hotel bar also serves lunch. There is also a grill restaurant available (i didn't get to try it though).

Staff were helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was seamless. A handyman was sent to fix a clogged sink. He arrived 3 minutes later (talk about prompt service!).

fantastic deansgate experience!
beautiful room city view walk-in shower helpful staff
I spent a few nights and found my club beautiful room very comfortable. it was on a higher floor. I enjoyed a lovely city view. the large walk-in shower and super clean condition of the room were excellent. the staff were friendly and keen to help with any requests i had.
i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom, though it didn't detract from my overall stay.

the reception team was cute. they provided assistance with directions and local recommendations. i found their attentiveness genuine. i got quick responses to my inquiries too.

My club beautiful double room offered ample space. the bed was very comfortable and i appreciated the large windows! the room included a well-stocked minibar and modern amenities. It felt luxurious.
