the rooms are beautiful i found cupboard space too. the staff were super friendly this was appreciated. location was excellent the hotel decor was amazing.
the carpets and furniture in the room were very dated the room itself was very dark. the shower WAS not very powerful. drinks prices were extortionate it was unexpected.

the usb sockets didn't work, mildly inconvenient for a bloke like me. the light switches were annoying, i had to press them multiple times to turn the lights on or off. the room was quite dusty, which i found surprising.

The room was nice and neat. Shower was lush. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay again (maybe in a different room, just to try something new).
Entertainment was limited since I could only pay to watch movies on the TV or watch normal channels. A fire stick was not an option.

Staff were helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was seamless. A handyman was sent to fix a clogged sink. He arrived 3 minutes later (talk about prompt service!).

I spent a few nights and found my club beautiful room very comfortable. it was on a higher floor. I enjoyed a lovely city view. the large walk-in shower and super clean condition of the room were excellent. the staff were friendly and keen to help with any requests i had.
i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom, though it didn't detract from my overall stay.
